The apps run in your Nextcloud. Business logic and calculations stay server-side. This documentation site does not send app usage data to us.
Open source for the web apps
AGPL-3.0-or-later. You can inspect, audit, and fork the code. Using the web apps in your organisation does not require a licence fee.
No app telemetry to us
The web apps are documented for self-hosted operation without usage telemetry to Software by Design. This website uses self-hosted, cookieless analytics with an opt-out.
Three building blocks

The seven web applications are under the AGPL: install, run, fork — without a licence fee. Official Mobile and Terminal apps are billed separately per organisation. If you want prioritised help and an annual hour pack, book Check Partner — separate from GitHub and separate from companion licences.
